The breakfast is excellent for my taste and the location is STUNNING. The rooms are pet-friendly with a proper bathroom, so that guests have essentials. The accommodation is in the center of the town. And it's nestled in a lovely building really close to lovely restaurants, and the conservatory.

Riverside location. Log fires burning.
Nightmare car park effectively unuseable. Stairway carpet leading down to street level bedrooms not being hoovered. No marmalade on my table at breakfast.

special note of thanks to waiter. the venue was situated within walking distance to some of my favourite tourist spots, like south inch park. close to the airport, 30 km. totally recommended for a wedding ceremony.

The overall facilities
Yes. A very noisy and drunken wedding party that kept us awake knocking on our door at 3 and 4am when we had to get up at 5am.

I had an amazing time lounging by the lovely garden and enjoying the stunning views from my twin room. The breakfast spread was great, but the coffee could've been hotter. I loved my stay, just a small tip, maybe bring your own toiletries for a more personal touch! 😊
